Service Description
Your puppy’s first grooming experience is a big moment, and we’re here to make it a happy one! Our Puppy Intro Package is designed for puppies aged 3 to 5 months, focusing on a calm, positive, and gentle introduction to grooming. We understand that everything is new (and sometimes a little scary) for puppies, so we take our time to let them explore, sniff, and settle in around our Daycare. With slow, gentle movements, breaks when needed, and plenty of cuddles, we ensure your pup feels safe and cared for throughout the session. We use positive, confident energy to help your puppy relax and turn grooming into a fun and rewarding experience.Even though each service has an estimated duration, we’re known for not rushing — we take our sweet time to ensure your dog feels safe and relaxed. If a session is listed as 2 hours, it may take longer or shorter depending on your dog’s mood, coat condition, or stress levels. To avoid any unnecessary waiting, we’ll send you a text 30 minutes before your dog is ready for pick-up. Our goal is to make grooming a positive experience, never one of pressure. We only move faster if we notice that your dog is clearly not enjoying the environment. Includes: ✅ Gentle Bath & Blow Dry (introducing water & dryer in a calm way) ✅ Face, Feet & Sanitary Trim (light trimming to keep your pup tidy) ✅ Nail Clipping (gentle introduction to paw handling) ✅ Ear Cleaning (using a soft cleansing solution) ✅ Calming Breaks & Cuddles ✅ Positive Reinforcement & Confidence Building ✅ Extra Time to Settle In (leave your puppy for a few extra hours—for free! Cancellation Policy
Important Information 🔔 All prices include 25% VAT. 🔔 If fleas are found, grooming will be paused & a cleaning fee will apply. 🚫 We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat. 🔔 First-time visit? Please allow extra time for a coat assessment and to discuss your grooming preferences. We kindly request 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you won’t be charged for the appointment. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at Info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours' notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.
