A gentle introduction to grooming designed for puppies up to 5 months old, focused on calm handling, confidence building, and positive first experiences. Ideal for puppies visiting the groomer for the first time and needing a slow, reassuring start in a safe and cozy environment. ___________________________________ What’s included ✔️ Gentle bath & blow-dry (calm introduction to water and dryer) ✔️ Light face, feet & hygiene trim to keep your puppy tidy ✔️ Nail clipping with gentle paw handling ✔️ Ear cleaning using a soft cleansing solution ✔️ Calming breaks, cuddles & positive reinforcement ✔️ Extra time to settle in (optional, free of charge — just leave us a note when booking) ___________________________________ Our puppy grooming approach We work entirely at your puppy’s pace. Before grooming begins, puppies are free to explore in our daycare area, settle in, and connect with the groomer and environment. Calm handling, patience, and breaks are always part of the session to ensure grooming feels safe, gentle, and positive. Our goal is to build confidence and make grooming a pleasant experience from the very beginning. ___________________________________ Price Puppy Grooming has a fixed price of 999 DKK (incl. VAT). ___________________________________ Good to know Puppies can join as soon as they have completed their vaccinations. This service is available for puppies up to 5 months of age — and we highly recommend starting early to help create lifelong positive grooming habits. Each session has an estimated duration, but we never rush. The final time may vary depending on your puppy’s comfort level and needs. We’ll send you a text 30 minutes before pick-up to avoid unnecessary waiting.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and ensures you won’t be charged. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours’ notice is given and we’re unable to fill the time slot, or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply. - Full Grooming services: a 600 DKK cancellation fee (due to the longer time reserved and variable pricing based on size and coat). - For other services, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.
