We require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee.

Grooming can be paid via credit card or MobilePay at pick-up, and some services can be prepaid online.

Daycare services must be paid upfront via this website.

Can my dog come if they are in heat?

Grooming tools are disinfected after every dog, and the salon is cleaned throughout the day. We use coat-specific, dog-safe products to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.

In daycare, a team member is always present to supervise the dogs, and the area is secured with fencing for additional safety.
