In Denmark, dogs live closely with us indoors and face very different challenges depending on the season. Paw care is important all year to keep your dog comfortable, healthy, and active. We don’t rush — if a session is listed as 30 minutes, it may take a longer or shorter time depending on your dog’s coat, mood, or stress levels. To avoid unnecessary waiting, we’ll send you a text 15 minutes before your dog is ready for pick-up. Our priority is always to make grooming a positive and stress-free experience. In rare cases of extreme nervousness, stress, or aggressive behavior, we may ask for an early pick-up. For anxious dogs, we recommend booking a one-on-one slot during late afternoons or weekends. You may also consider a calming paste or discussing mild medication with your vet to help them feel more comfortable. Fall & Winter •Road salt & cold damage paw pads, causing cracks, infections & pain. •Protective wax or balm works like “winter shoes” against icy streets. •Hair removal prevents mats that trap salt, mud & debris.
