Our Daycare provides a cozy, stimulating, and social experience for your dog, ensuring they stay happy and engaged throughout the day. The session includes plenty of playtime, socialization with other dogs, and relaxing moments in a home-like environment. All physical activities take place outside, offering the perfect balance of fun and rest. ๐พ Flexible Drop-Off Times: Our system offers two main shifts (morning and afternoon), but if you prefer to drop off your dog at 10:00 instead of 8:30, you can still book the 8:30 slot and notify us via email, phone, or SMS about the actual time you'll be arriving. ๐ Contact us at: 41424089 | info@cphpetsclub.dk Daycare Rules & Guidelines ๐พ Trial Intro Session Before signing up for a 5 Full-Day Package, we invite you for a 15-minute free intro tour to ensure your dog feels comfortable in our setting. This is an important step to make sure daycare is the right fit for your pet. Call us to schedule the intro! ๐พ Fixed Pricing for Two Dogs We offer special pricing for families with two dogs from the same household, making daycare more convenient and cost-effective. ๐พ Walk Schedule & Potty Training ๐น Please walk your dog before arriving at daycare. Our scheduled walks take place at approximately 10:30-11:00 AM and again at 2:30-3:00 PM, so your dog should be able to pee or poo before coming inside when dropped off. For full-day daycare: Dogs should be walked before drop-off at 8:30 AM. For half-day daycare: If arriving at 12:00 PM, they should be walked before arrival. ๐น Diaper Charge: If your dog is not fully potty-trained or has frequent accidents indoors, we now provide diapers to maintain cleanliness. An additional fee will be applied, based on frequency and usage. ๐พ Health & Hygiene ๐น Fleas & Parasites: If we find fleas on your dog, the service will be immediately interrupted and a disinfection and cleaning fee will be charged. ๐น Female Dogs in Heat: We are unable to accommodate female dogs during their breeding season. ๐ All prices include 25% VAT ๐ Insurance & Liability โ Health Insurance: If your dog has pet insurance, daycare-related incidents may be coveredโwe recommend checking with your provider. โ Liability Insurance: Used in cases where a dog bites a caretaker or damages equipment. Having coverage provides peace of mind. Regular socialization and proper insurance coverage help ensure a stress-free experience for both your pup and our team ๐ถ
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 28 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you wonโt be charged for the appointment. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly to let us know. If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.
