Service Description
Our daycare offers a cozy, stimulating, and social environment where dogs can relax, play, and interact in a calm, home-like setting. All physical activities and walks take place outside, while indoor time is focused on rest, enrichment, and social balance. Each daycare visit includes playtime, social interaction, outdoor walks, and quiet moments to recharge — always adapted to your dog’s energy level and personality. ________________________________________ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times Full-Day Daycare 🕗 8:30 – 16:30 Half-Day Daycare (Morning) 🕗 8:30 – 12:30 Half-Day Daycare (Afternoon) 🕧 12:30 – 16:30 ________________________________________ Intro Tour – First-Time Dogs To ensure a safe and positive daycare experience, we offer a free intro tour: • Puppies under 5 months: Intro tour not mandatory • Dogs 6 months and older: Intro tour is mandatory (15 minutes, free of charge) This helps us understand your dog’s personality, comfort level, and social needs before joining daycare. ________________________________________ Dog Behaviour & Social Fit We welcome dogs with many different personalities — playful, calm, shy, or independent. What matters most is that your dog does not show true aggression. Normal dog communication such as boundary setting, avoidance, or defensive signals is completely acceptable. ________________________________________ Health & Hygiene Requirements • Please walk your dog before drop-off • To maintain hygiene indoors, washable wrap diapers are mandatory for all male dogs, even if fully potty-trained. We provide them, and they are included in the price. • Female dogs do not need diapers unless they are puppies • Female dogs in heat are not accepted • If fleas or parasites are found, daycare will be paused and a cleaning & disinfection fee of 260 DKK will apply
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and ensures you won’t be charged. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours’ notice is given and we’re unable to fill the time slot, or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply. - Full Grooming services: a 600 DKK cancellation fee (due to the longer time reserved and variable pricing based on size and coat). - For other services, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.
