Our daycare provides a cozy, stimulating, and social experience for your dog, ensuring they stay happy and engaged throughout the day. Each session includes playtime, socialization with other dogs, outdoor activities, and relaxing moments in a home-like environment. All physical activities take place outside! 🛑 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times Full-Day Daycare: 8:30 – 16:30 Half-Day Daycare (Morning): 8:30 – 12:30 (can sometimes be flexible — contact us if later drop-off/pick-up is needed) Half-Day Daycare (Afternoon): 12:30 – 16:30 If you plan to pick up your dog earlier than scheduled, let us know in advance.📞 Contact: 41424089 | info@cphpetsclub.dk ✅ Intro Tour (First-Time Dogs) Puppies under 5 months: Intro tour not mandatory (they adapt quickly). Dogs 6 months and older: Intro tour is mandatory (15 minutes, free of charge). This helps us get to know your dog and ensure comfort around other dogs and in the environment. 🛑 Dog Behavior We welcome dogs with many different personalities — from playful puppies and anxious dogs to calm, independent types. What matters most is that your dog does not show true aggression. Defensive signals and boundary setting are normal dog communication. 🛑Walk Schedule & Potty Training Please walk your dog before drop-off. Group walks at approx. 10:30–11:00 and 14:30–15:00. Puppies may need additional potty breaks. 🛑Diaper Policy Wearing a washable wrap diaper is mandatory for all male dogs, even if they are fully potty-trained. Many males still try to mark indoors, so there are no exceptions. Owners may bring their own single-use diapers or pads to place inside the washable wrap we provide. However, if your dog pees, it may sometimes transfer to the washable item. You can choose either a single-use add-on or a discounted package add-on at checkout, depending on how often your dog attends daycare. Female dogs do not need diapers unless they are puppies. 🛑Health & Hygiene Fleas or parasites: If found, service is paused immediately and a disinfection/fee is charged. Female dogs in heat: Not accepted. ✅ Vaccinations & Treatment: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and parasite treatments. We cannot accept dogs that are overdue, in order to ensure safety for all pets. 🛑Insurance & Liability Health Insurance: We require pet insurance; daycare-related incidents may be covered. Please check with your provider. Liability Insurance: Covers cases where a dog bites a caretaker or damages equipment.
