Service Description
A gentle nail care service focused on keeping your dog’s nails short, smooth, and comfortable, helping prevent overgrowth and discomfort. This service is ideal for regular nail maintenance between grooming visits. ℹ️ Please note: Essential Nails is available as a package only and cannot be booked as a single, one-off service. ________________________________________ What’s included ✔️ Nail clipping, adapted to your dog’s comfort and needs ✔️ Nail smoothing using a nail grinder or file (to remove sharp edges) ✔️ Calm handling and gentle pacing for a stress-free experience ________________________________________ Important notes • If fleas are found, grooming will be paused and a cleaning fee of 260 DKK will apply • We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and ensures you won’t be charged. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours’ notice is given and we’re unable to fill the time slot, or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply. - Full Grooming services: a 600 DKK cancellation fee (due to the longer time reserved and variable pricing based on size and coat). - For other services, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.
