Service Description
Our Essential Grooming package is designed to keep your dog feeling fresh and looking tidy. This service focuses on key hygiene areas, ensuring comfort and cleanliness without a full haircut. It's a quick yet effective way to maintain your pup’s well-being. For an extra touch, you can add a Face Trim for a fresh, well-groomed look around the eyes, mouth, and head—select it from the dropdown menu. Includes: ✅ Nail Clipping ✅ Ear Cleaning (Hair plucking upon request) ✅ Paw Trimming (Trim around and under the paws) ✅ Hygiene Area Trimming Touch-Ups (Genital area) ✅ Eye Cleaning (Using a gentle cleansing solution) ✅ Face Trim Add-On (Trim around the eyes, brows, chin, mouth, mustache, forehead, and inside & outside the ears, plus shaping around the head) +200 DKK Does not include: ⛔️ Full fur cut or styling ⛔️ Dematting body or ears (you can always add it) ⛔️ Stripping or undercoat removal ⛔️ Brushing 🔔 All prices include 25% VAT. 🔔 If fleas are found, service will be paused, and a cleaning fee applies. 🚫 We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat. 🔔 First visit? Allow extra time for a coat assessment and to discuss your grooming preferences. 🚫 Be aware that if we find matted fur in the areas we need to work with, it takes longer and can be painful for your dog, for example matted ears. An extra fee of 150 DKK will be charged. 📩 We will send an SMS or try to call to let you know. 🚫 Please note: We don’t always know if your dog is matted when it arrives, as some matting may not be visible until we begin the grooming process. 🛑 Responsibility & Pet Insurance – While accidents are extremely rare, it’s always good to be prepared. 🐾 Health Insurance: If your dog has pet insurance, grooming and daycare related incidents may be covered—we recommend checking with your provider. 🐾 Liability Insurance: This is used if a dog bites the groomer, caretaker, or damages salon equipment. Having liability coverage provides peace of mind. ⚠️ Situations That Can Lead to Accidents: 🐾 Severely matted fur (which can be painful for the dog) 🐾 Restlessness or sudden movements on the grooming table 🐾 Trying to bite grooming tools (scissors, clippers, etc.) 🐾 Fearfulness, insecurity, or aggression Regular grooming and proper insurance coverage help ensure a stress-free experience for both your pup and our team! 🐶
Cancellation Policy
Important Information 🔔 All prices include 25% VAT. 🔔 If fleas are found, grooming will be paused & a cleaning fee will apply. 🚫 We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat. 🔔 First-time visit? Please allow extra time for a coat assessment and to discuss your grooming preferences. We kindly request 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you won’t be charged for the appointment. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly to let us know. If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.
