Service Description
Our Essential Grooming package is designed to keep your dog comfortable, clean, and tidy between full grooms. The focus is on key hygiene areas rather than a full haircut. This service is a quick, effective way to maintain your dog’s well-being. For an enhanced look, you can add a Face Trim (+200 DKK) for a neat finish around the eyes, mouth, and head. We don’t rush — if a session is listed as 30min, it may take longer or shorter depending on your dog’s coat, mood, or stress levels. To avoid unnecessary waiting, we’ll send you a text 15 minutes before your dog is ready for pick-up. Our priority is always to make grooming a positive and stress-free experience. In rare cases of extreme nervousness, stress, or aggressive behavior, we may ask for an early pick-up. For anxious dogs, we recommend booking a one-on-one slot during late afternoons or weekends. You may also consider a calming paste or discussing mild medication with your vet to help them feel more comfortable. Includes: 🌿Nail clipping 🌿Ear cleaning with a gentle solution to remove wax 🌿Paw trimming (around the paws) 🌿Paw shaving (under the paws for cleaner pads) 🌿Hygiene area trimming (poo and pee areas) 🌿Eye cleaning with a gentle cleansing solution 🛑Optional Add-Ons at checkout: Face tidy up: (eyes, brows, chin, mouth, mustache, forehead, inside & outside ears, and overall head shaping)+200 DKK Ear Plucking 50 DKK Ear Dematting 150DKK 🛑Not included: Full coat cut or styling Dematting of the body (not available in this package) Hand stripping or undercoat removal Heavy/full-body brushing 🛑Responsibility & Insurance •Accidents are extremely rare, but grooming carries some risks: sudden movements, tool biting, mats close to the skin, or nervous/aggressive behavior. •Health Insurance: Some plans cover grooming/daycare incidents — check with your provider. •Liability Insurance: Covers if a dog bites the groomer or damages equipment. •Regular grooming and proper coverage help ensure a stress-free experience for your dog and our team.
Cancellation Policy
Important Information 🔔 All prices include 25% VAT. 🔔 If fleas are found, grooming will be paused & a cleaning fee will apply. 🚫 We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat. 🔔 First-time visit? Please allow extra time for a coat assessment and to discuss your grooming preferences. We kindly request 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you won’t be charged for the appointment. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at Info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours' notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.
