Service Description
A quick and gentle grooming service focused on essential hygiene and paw care, without a full bath or haircut. Ideal for dogs that need regular maintenance to stay clean, comfortable, and well cared for between full grooming sessions. 🐶 Suitable for: Dogs of all coat types and sizes who need nail care, hygiene trimming, and light tidying — especially for in-between visits or dogs not ready for a full groom. ________________________________________ What’s included ✔️ Nail clipping ✔️ Paw trimming (around the paws) ✔️ Paw shaving (under the paws for clean, comfortable pads) ✔️ Hygiene trimming (pee & poo areas) ✔️ Eye cleaning (gentle cleansing solution) ✔️ Ear cleaning (gentle solution to remove wax buildup) ________________________________________ Optional add-ons ✂️ Face Trim – +200 DKK Light tidying and shaping around the eyes, brows, muzzle, chin, forehead, ears, and head for a fresh, neat look • Ear hair removal – 50 DKK • Ear de-matting – 150 DKK ________________________________________ Prices Prices are based on your dog’s size. Essential Grooming Prices (incl. VAT) • XS / S / M – 349 DKK • L / XL – 400 DKK ________________________________________ 🐾 Extra Care & Handling Fees In some cases, additional care may be required during grooming to ensure safety and comfort. Extra care may apply if a dog is fearful, reactive, or highly stressed (including dogs that require two people present to ensure safe handling). • Extra Care – Level 1: 100 DKK • Extra Care – Level 2: 200 DKK Important notes • This service does not include bathing or full coat grooming • If fleas are found, grooming will be paused and a cleaning fee of 260 DKK will apply • We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and ensures you won’t be charged. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours’ notice is given and we’re unable to fill the time slot, or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply. - Full Grooming services: a 600 DKK cancellation fee (due to the longer time reserved and variable pricing based on size and coat). - For other services, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.
