Service Description
The perfect in-between full grooming service to keep your pup looking clean and tangle-free without a full haircut. We don’t rush — if a session is listed as 1 hour, it may take a longer or shorter time depending on your dog’s coat, mood, or stress levels. To avoid unnecessary waiting, we’ll send you a text 30 minutes before your dog is ready for pick-up. Our priority is always to make grooming a positive and stress-free experience. In rare cases of extreme nervousness, stress, or aggressive behavior, we may ask for an early pick-up. For anxious dogs, we recommend booking a one-on-one slot during late afternoons or weekends. You may also consider a calming paste or discussing mild medication with your vet to help them feel more comfortable. We use gentle, skin-friendly shampoos and conditioners tailored to your dog’s coat type, followed by a fluff-dry for a soft, tangle-free finish. Light trims on the face, paws, and sanitary areas keep them tidy and comfortable, while maintaining their natural look. This is a maintenance package — ideal for keeping up your dog’s fur every 4–6 weeks after a full groom. For Silky & Puffy coats only (Poodles, Shih Tzus, Maltese, Bichons, Yorkies, Coton, etc.). “This package does not include de-matting, or intensive brushing'' Dogs must arrive in a manageable coat condition, or book bubbles & coat. ✅ What’s Included •2 Gentle Washes (shampoo + conditioner matched to coat type) •Warm Air Fluff Dry (for soft, tangle-free fur) •Nail Clipping (healthy paws, less scratching) •Face, Paw & Sanitary Trim (light tidy — no full haircut) •Ear & Eye Cleaning (gentle cleansing solution) 🛑Please Note Not suitable for double-coated, wiry/hand-stripped (smooth-coated breeds are cheaper in their own package called bubbles & coat) Not suitable for matted, tangled, or heavily shedding dogs → book Bubbles & Cut or Bubbles & De-Shedding instead. If matting or tangles are found during grooming, extra time and fees (starting from 200 DKK) may apply. You’ll be contacted by SMS or phone before we continue. Insurance Reminder: While accidents are rare, grooming carries some risks (mats, sudden movements, tool biting, nervous/aggressive behavior). We recommend pet health insurance and liability insurance for peace of mind.🐶
Cancellation Policy
Important Information 🔔 All prices include 25% VAT. 🔔 If fleas are found, grooming will be paused & a cleaning fee will apply. 🚫 We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat. 🔔 First-time visit? Please allow extra time for a coat assessment and to discuss your grooming preferences. We kindly request 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you won’t be charged for the appointment. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at Info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours' notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.
