Service Description
A full grooming service designed for double-coated and heavy-shedding breeds. This treatment focuses on removing loose undercoat and dead fur, helping reduce shedding at home while keeping your dog’s skin and coat healthy. Ideal for dogs with thick undercoats that shed seasonally or year-round. 🐶 Common breeds for this service include: Samoyed, Pomeranian, Danish Spitz, Finnish Spitz, Icelandic Sheepdog, Golden Retriever, Husky, Akita, Shiba Inu, Chow Chow, Border Collie, Corgi and similar double-coated breeds. ___________________________________ What’s included ✔️ Bath with coat-specific shampoo & conditioning ✔️ High-velocity blow-dry to loosen undercoat ✔️ De-shedding treatment (normal to medium loose undercoat removal) ✔️ Thorough brushing ✔️ Light coat tidying & shaping where appropriate (scissor work only — no shaving) ✔️ Nail clipping ✔️ Paw trimming (over & under) ✔️ Basic hygiene trimming (intimate areas) ✔️ Ear cleaning (gentle solution for wax buildup) ✔️ Gentle massage during the bath ___________________________________ Prices Prices are based on your dog’s size, coat type and condition, and the individual care and handling needed during the session. For first-time visits, we’ll do a personal assessment and go through the expected time and cost with you before starting — so there are no surprises. Below is an indicative price guide. VAT) • XS (0–3 kg) – 999–1,099 DKK • S (4–9.9 kg) – 1,099–1,199 DKK • M (10–17 kg) – 1,299–1,499 DKK • L (18–26 kg) – 1,599–1,799 DKK • XL (27+ kg) – 1,899 DKK Corgis receive a special price of 999 DKK — please book as XS ___________________________________ 🐾 Extra Care & Handling Fees In some cases, additional care may be required during grooming. These fees reflect extra handling, safety measures, or coat work needed to keep your dog comfortable and safe. Extra care may apply if: • A dog is fearful, reactive, or highly stressed (including dogs that require two people present to ensure safety) • Hidden matting or compacted coat is discovered during grooming. If extra care is needed, we’ll inform you before continuing. Our priority is always your dog’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Fees • Extra Care – Level 1: 100 DKK • Extra Care – Level 2: 200 DKK • Ear hair removal (upon request): 50 DKK • Ear de-matting (upon request): 150 DKK Please note • If fleas are found, grooming will be paused and a cleaning fee of 260 DKK will apply • We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and ensures you won’t be charged. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly at info@cphpetsclub.dk If less than 24 hours’ notice is given and we’re unable to fill the time slot, or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply. - Full Grooming services: a 600 DKK cancellation fee (due to the longer time reserved and variable pricing based on size and coat). - For other services, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.
