Service Description
Our Bubbles & Cut package provides a complete grooming session that leaves your dog feeling refreshed, clean, and looking its best. This service includes a soothing bath, expert fur cut, and essential grooming treatments tailored to your dog’s coat type. Plus, we include a nourishing hair mask, calming aromatherapy, and a gentle massage for the ultimate relaxation. What’s Included: ✅ Bath & Drying ✅ Brushing to fluff the coat (Note: Does not include detangling or de-matting) ✅ Trimming (Clipper or scissor cut, depending on coat type) ✅ Ear Cleaning (Gentle solution to remove wax buildup) ✅ Paw Trimming (Over & under) ✅ Tooth Brushing (Please bring your dog's toothbrush) ✅ Hygiene Trimming (Sanitary area – pee & poo) ✅ Hydrating Hair Mask, Shampoo & Conditioning ✅ Gentle Massage during the bath ✅ Nail Clipping ✅ Aromatherapy for a calming experience 🐾 New customers receive 1hr. free daycare (Ask for details!) 🛑 De-Matting & De-Shedding Fees Removing mats, excessive shedding, and undercoats requires extra time and care to ensure your dog’s comfort. 🐾 De-matting & de-shedding fees start at 200 DKK, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and behavior. 🐾 If you prefer to keep the fur length, additional charges apply (only for small localized areas). 🐾 Severely matted fur may require clipping, which may result in a very close trim (almost shaved) depending on the severity of the mats. ⚠️ Extensive matting can cause pain and skin irritation—we do not recommend or perform excessive de-matting as it can be stressful and harmful to your dog. 🛑 Matting Inside the Ears & Ear Hair Removal 🐾 Ear de-matting: 150 DKK (Unmatting tangled fur inside the ears) 🐾 Ear hair removal: 50 DKK (Unplugging excess hair inside the ears for better airflow) 🐾 These are delicate procedures that require extra care to ensure they are done safely and gently. 🛑 Responsibility & Pet Insurance – While accidents are extremely rare, it’s always good to be prepared. ✅ Health Insurance: If your dog has pet insurance, grooming and daycare related incidents may be covered—we recommend checking with your provider. ✅ Liability Insurance: This is used if a dog bites the groomer, caretaker, or damages salon equipment. Having liability coverage provides peace of mind. Regular grooming and proper insurance coverage help ensure a stress-free experience for both your pup and our team! 🐶💖
Cancellation Policy
Important Information 🔔 All prices include 25% VAT. 🔔 If fleas are found, grooming will be paused & a cleaning fee will apply. 🚫 We cannot accommodate female dogs in heat. 🔔 First-time visit? Please allow extra time for a coat assessment and to discuss your grooming preferences. We kindly request 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you won’t be charged for the appointment. You can make changes to your booking online or contact us directly to let us know. If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment. No-shows will be expected to pay for the missed appointment before scheduling a new one.
